Our History
Three Decades of Building Trust in Trichy
Adhithyaa Constructions was founded in 1993 by Er. R.S. Ravi, B.Tech, MBA, with a clear ambition: to hold construction quality to a higher standard. Over three decades, that standard has earned the trust of more than 500 customers across individual houses and flats in and around Trichy.
We have built 250 individual houses and delivered more than 150 flats, including our own fully developed residential projects — Adhithyaa Srinithi Garden, Adhithyaa Maiyur Flats, Adhithyaa Ishwaryam Flats and Adhithyaa Rangasri Flats. Today, that same commitment to quality, timely delivery and after-sales service continues in every home we build, including Adhithyaa Aarna.
